FAQ

I can't make a purchase on the website

Although we have tested the website with the most widely-used browsers on both PC and Mac systems, some problems have been reported. These are due to plugins on the browser being used, and so we would suggest that you try processing your transaction on a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer)

How can I access the data (e.g. video, sheet music) on my CD?

WINDOWS:
Insert the CD into your computer. From the START menu open COMPUTER and then open the CD by right-clicking on it and selecting OPEN. Finally click on the desired file.

MAC:
Insert the CD. Two CD icons will appear – one contains the audio files and the other the data files. Click on the one which contains the data, and then click on the desired file.

Video files should be playable using Apple’s Quicktime software, in addition to various other media players. If you are experiencing problems with the playback of your video, check that you have the most up-to-date version of this software. It is available for free download at www.apple.com/quicktime/download.

Sheet music is stored as pdf files which should be viewable using various software products. If you are experiencing problems with viewing your sheet music, check that you have the most up-to-date version of your pdf reader software. Adobe Acrobat is available for free download at www.adobe.com/reader.

What formats are your downloads?

Our downloads are available in two different formats:
1. High definition mp3 (320kbps)
2. FLAC (lossless – 16-bit, 44.1 kHz)

You can choose the format you require during the purchase process.

If you have any other problems then please use the contact section of this website.
